With more than one million square feet of commercial space and thousands of homes available to residents, the East Village-Ballpark District has much to offer to those who are interested in living in luxury. Although the prices on some of the homes within the neighborhood can be on the higher end, the numerous amenities, the rich culture and quality of living that residents enjoy make the price worthwhile. Furthermore, for those on a tighter budget, there are also numerous moderately priced homes and condos to select from.
