This is the second time we have rented through Stay San Diego. In both cases, the units we have rented are exactly as represented in the photos on Stay San Diego’s website. The staff at Stay San Diego are always responsive, helpful, and professional. For example, one unit where we stayed developed a leak in the ceiling from the unit on the floor above it. Stay San Diego was on it immediately and the problem was corrected in a timely fashion. It appears that Stay San Diego has an excellent relationship with the management at both of the buildings where we have stayed. We highly recommend working with Marley and Audrey to find your next month-to-month rental! We know we will again!!

Stay San Diego was able to quickly provide me a list of beautiful, fully furnished housing options for my 9 month TDY trip to San Diego. Once I chose the location I liked, the process of moving in was seamless. In the months I’ve spent here, I’ve needed miscellaneous repairs a handful of times and stay San Diego has had it taken care of next day each time. I couldn’t be happier with the friendly staff and great communication. I will use stay San Diego for every trip I have in the future.

My husband I rented a furnished two-bedroom apartment in downtown San Diego, Grande South condos, for the month of August. Christine and her team at Stay San Diego helped us with this short-term lease. They are wonderful to work with! It was easy to communicate with them and they were always quick to respond. The apartment was beautiful, nicely furnished, wonderful views, and super clean! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a month. On a couple of cases when something was needed, they had it ordered and delivered the next morning! Amazing customer service… my special thanks to Audrey who was always there to help and accommodate our needs! I would strongly recommend Stay San Diego to anyone needing a rental in San Diego.

My lodging experience with Stay San Diego has been excellent. It is my first time staying in the gaslamp area and having a place to stay that was equipped with a lot of amenities on hand was outstanding. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping interests. The ballpark is close also. Access to the highway is easy and if you prefer the light rail system, its within walking distance as well.

I have been using Stay San Diego for a few years now. They always accommodate my needs; they adapt to frequent changes with great efficiency and concern for my stay.I regularly seek accommodation for 4-9 months at a time, they have been able to find me the number of rooms and parking spaces each time without fail. short notice comes with the expected issues, but they always come through. From wonderful beach side locations to heart of the city apartments I have never had a bad Stay San Diego.I regularly refer my coworkers to this company for frequent work trips. The selections available would be excellent for vacation as well.

We have been using Stay San Diego for the last two years for long term work accommodations. The units are extremely comfortable and well appointed, with just about everything you could need or want for an extended stay. The location of their units is easily accessible to downtown (as well as in the downtown) San Diego. All are conveniently located to just about anything you would need, want to see, and experience. The staff at Stay San Diego are a truly AMAZING bunch. They are very kind and courteous, and will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is exemplary. We cannot recommend using Stay San Diego enough.

We spent the winter in San Diego this year, dealing with Stay San Diego for the first time. Because of the communication we had with them, I will never look any further than this company! We were checked on and advised every step of the way. The attentiveness was unmatched. The moment I would make a phone call or email, someone would respond with immediacy. Couple of minor fix-its, which were addressed without delay, based upon my schedule. The unit itself was phenomenal. Bed was extremely comfortable. Spotlessly clean upon move-in. Kitchen was stocked with equipment over and above our needs. Between the two women who assisted with my every whim, I cannot say enough about them. I would highly recommend Stay San Diego!

Not only are they responsive, professional and kind, but they our so accommodating. They always provide great service to our doctors/tenants. There were lots of excellent choices of places to stay in different price ranges and location types through the city. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Don’t look further!! The residence I stayed was very nice. My only qualms where with the bed and the couch. They were both incredibly uncomfortable. I resorted to buying a mattress topper to be able to sleep through a night with that bed. Other than that, though, it was a very nice place to stay in downtown San Diego! Would definitely rent again from them.

We rented a condo for a month (Feb-March 2019) through Stay San Diego. It was a very easy process. They were very helpful in providing us with options based on our needs. The condo was very nice. In a great area within walking distance to restaurants and the marina. Our stay went very smooth. We hated to leave. We will be back and will use Stay San Diego for future needs.

My wife and I have stayed with Stay San Diego four times in recent years, in two different condos, and have been very pleased with our experience. Both condos were exactly as advertised, with good furniture and electronics and ample kitchen equipment (more than we have in our own home!). Everything was in good condition and the one or two small repairs we needed were promptly attended to. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommended.

I´ve stayed in San Diego during 3 months, in an apartment rented through Stay San Diego. I started the rental process when I was still in Brazil, even sending the payment from there, without knowing them. So, everything went very well during my stay; the apartment was even better than when I saw in the pictures; for 2 times I needed some maintenance in the place and the company provided very fast the service needed. I´d highly recommend to rent through Stay San Diego!
